Description: This project focused on servicing the first floor, including extending the kitchen island and installing new light fixtures. We added a custom coat and wine rack under the stairs, providing a stylish and functional solution to an otherwise unused space. Throughout the entire house, we refreshed the appearance by applying a fresh coat of paint and replacing the wallpaper. Additionally, we refinished all the wood floors and stairs, restoring their natural beauty. In both guest bedrooms, we installed custom cabinets, adding a personalized touch to the space.

Our team completed a project that involved a range of renovations to elevate the appearance and functionality of the space. We installed brand-new windows and light fixtures. Outside, we made sure to keep the beauty of the home by replacing the wood shingles siding to the home. In the kitchen, we refaced the cabinets and installed new countertops. The upstairs bathroom was completely redone to create a modern and luxurious look. The downstairs one was cosmetically refinished. Additionally, the fireplace was replaced with a modern design, providing a fresh and updated feel to the space. Lastly, our team fixed some of the ceiling issues, ensuring that the room looked polished and complete.

Description:
We took over an existing project to completion. We created a remarkable ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit). Our dedicated team successfully executed various tasks, including floor installation, the creation of a brand-new bathroom, the construction of a small kitchen, and the installation of new cabinets. The entire ADU was treated to a fresh coat of paint, breathing new life into the space. Outdoor enhancements were also a part of our scope, where we revamped the fence and added charming wooden trilles. Furthermore, we installed a new AC unit system, ensuring optimal comfort. In the bathroom, we handled the installation of light fixtures, plumbing, and electrical components, culminating in a functional and aesthetically pleasing environment.
